APROCAFE Medium Roast – Ethical, Flavorful, Bolivian

Grown at 1,200 meters in the Bolivian highlands by 35 small producers from the APROCAFE cooperative, this medium roast offers a smooth, balanced cup with tasting notes of red apple, dark chocolate, and brown sugar. Crafted from Catuai and Caturra varietals, the beans are hand-picked, fully washed, and sun-dried to bring out their natural sweetness and depth.

Founded in 1999, APROCAFE is Fair Trade and ecologically certified. Since 2018, its young members have led an agrotourism project, giving visitors the chance to experience the full coffee journey—from harvesting to drying.
